In this introduction of weightlifting we will focus on learning the basics of resistance training. We will cover all the questions you have and go through all the types of resistance training step by step.
This training will focus on doing more challenging styles of lifting. Since more advanced style of lifts will be used, it is recommended that you should already have a basic knowledge or understanding of how to weight lift properly. This training will be harder then the introduction to weightlifting program, therefore, you should be prepared to be pushed mentally and physically in this session.
This session will focus on burning calories at the maximum capability. There will be a combination of aerobic and anerobic exercises mixed together to get the best results for weight loss.
This session is focused on building explosive/endurance movement by training both Type 1 (endurance) and Type 2 (explosive) muscle fibers. We will also build greater ranges of motion and stability making you the ultimate athlete on and off the field.
This training session will focus primarily in mastering the movements of building the ultimate 3 dimensional physique. For both males and females this program whips you into contest prep shape and teaches you the basics of building clean size.
